I would like to place an order, how do I check out?
We are glad you like our products and decided to shop with us.  Once you have found the product or products you would like to buy, simply add them to the cart.  Once you have finished shopping click on your cart, and proceed to check out.  
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit card providers, as well as PayPal and Google Pay.  Check-out is safe and secure with all payment methods.
Where do you ship to? 
At present we ship to the UK only. However, we are working hard to source viable shipping options and hope to offer worldwide shipping very soon.  Keep an eye on our social media feeds for details and announcements.
I've placed an order, when will I receive it?
This depends entirely on the item you have ordered, the lead time it has and the shipping you selected. Each product that is personalised is made to order.  On each product page you will see an estimated lead time, usually between 24hours and 5 days. These are working days and do not include weekends or holidays.  This is how long it will take to make and process your order.  Once the order is packaged up it will then be delivered with the shipping option you selected.  Express shipping usually takes 1-2 working days.  Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 working days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the next working day on a first come first served basis.

I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
We aim to process and ship all orders within the time frames mentioned above.  After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email and then when the order is posted, a further email will be sent to let you know that your items are on the way. Please check junk/spam mail if you have not received an email and make sure to add our email address as safe.  If you have any problems with your order please contact us ASAP by email, with your order number in the subject line.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Lucky you! In order to use your discount code you must first add items to your basket then when you are ready to checkout you will be prompted to apply any discount codes before placing your order.  Please note that different discount codes are subject to individual Terms and Conditions, and may not be able to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
I won a social media competition, how do I collect my prize?
Congrats!  If you have won a specific item you will be contacted on the social media platform you won on, via private mail, within 24 hours of your win. You will be required to provide your address for delivery.  If you have won a discount then a code will be sent to you via private mail within 24 hours.  At present competitions are only available to those who live in the UK.  Competition Terms and Conditions apply.  Please see our Competition page for details.
My order contains more than one item, how long will it take? 
If you have ordered more than one item then the lead time of the longest item will be how long it will be before your item is shipped.  For example, if you order an item that has a 24 hour lead time and another with a 4 day lead time, then these items will be posted together, after the 4 working days.  If you wish to split up the order so it is delivered separately, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to arrange this.
Will all my items arrive together?
Depending on the items ordered, it may occasionally be that they are delivered separately.  This is because some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier.  In this case you will receive separate parcels.  
If it is the case that items will be delivered separably, this will be outlined in an email sent to you, making you aware that your items have been shipped and how many parcels you should expect to receive. 
I want to make changes to my order, what do I do?
If you want to make any changes to your order, please do so As Soon As Possible.  This is because once production of a personalised item has begun it cannot be amended or cancelled.  We always urge you to check, and double check, any personalisation for spelling mistakes or errors before you submit your order.  No refunds will be provided for any mistakes made during personalisation that was not our fault.   
How do I claim my Free Card during a Free Card Promo?
If a free card promotion is running it means that when you buy an item from a particular collection, you can also get a personalised card completely free! I know, you're welcome! To get the free card you have to add it to your basket (including the personalisation required) and the item you wish to buy.  Once you get to check out, enter the code for the Free Card Promo and the cost of the card will be deducted from your total! Easy peasy!
