I would like to place an order, how do I check out?
We are glad you like our products and decided to shop with us.  Once you have found the product or products you would like to buy, simply add them to the cart.  Once you have finished shopping click on your cart, and proceed to check out.  
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit card providers, as well as PayPal and Google Pay.  Check-out is safe and secure with all payment methods.
Where do you ship to? 
At present we ship to the UK only. However, we are working hard to source viable shipping options and hope to offer worldwide shipping very soon.  Keep an eye on our social media feeds for details and announcements.
I've placed an order, when will I receive it?
This depends entirely on your location and the shipping option you selected.  We aim to process and post orders within 1 working day (occasionally this may be longer during particularly busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day).  Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the next working day on a first come first served basis.

I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 working day.  After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email and then when the order is posted, a further email will be sent to let you know that your items are on the way. Please check junk/spam mail if you have not received an email and make sure to add our email address as safe.  If you have any problems with your order please contact us ASAP by email, with your order number in the subject line.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Lucky you! In order to use your discount code you must first add items to your basket then when you are ready to checkout you will be prompted to apply any discount codes before placing your order.  Please note that different discount codes are subject to individual Terms and Conditions, and may not be able to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
I won a social media competition, how do I collect my prize?
Congrats!  If you have won a specific item you will be contacted on the social media platform you won on, via private mail, within 24 hours of your win. You will be required to provide your address for delivery.  If you have won a discount then a code will be sent to you via private mail within 24 hours.  At present competitions are only available to those who live in the UK.  Competition Terms and Conditions apply.  Please see our Competition page for details.
