All personalised products are made to order, and as such, will require individual processing times to create and fulfil. These are referred to as lead times. Lead times for personalised products can be anything from 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the product and the backlog of orders. Each individual product page contains details on the lead times and will let you know a rough idea of how long it will take before the product is dispatched. Please take this into account when ordering.
Very occasionally, during particularly busy periods or holidays, the lead time may run longer than is described on the product page. In this instance we will email you to let you know how long your order will take.
When postage is selected at checkout, that does not account for the lead times of the product. For example, if you order a product with a 5 day lead time and choose express delivery (which we estimate to be 1-2 working days, excluding holidays) then the product will be with you in approximately 7 days at the latest, from the date that your order was placed.
It is always recommended that you place any orders in good time and well in advance. We always post, on the website and our social media channels, any cut off dates for guaranteed delivery for special occasions, for example Mother's/Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. Please make sure to check these before placing any orders for these occasions.
We cannot be held responsible for any gifts that do not arrive on time, if they were ordered after the guaranteed cut off date. Refunds will not be provided if an item does not arrive on time. Once production has begun on personalised items, they cannot be cancelled or amended. This does not affect your statutory rights.
